What EyeTradary is
EyeTradary is a Windows desktop app for tracking your own stock opportunities, watchlists, entered trades, and strategies. It is made by Sanjay Panwar. This policy covers the app and this website, eyetradary.in.
What data the app uses
Your Google account (sign-in only). When you sign in with Google, the app receives your name and email address (OpenID Connect) so it can tell your data apart from another user’s. It does not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.
Your own spreadsheet. On first sign-in, the app creates one spreadsheet named “EyeTradary” in your Google Drive, using the drive.file and spreadsheets permissions. All trading data you enter (opportunities, watchlists, favorites, entered trades, strategies) lives in that spreadsheet, which you own. You can open it, export it, or delete it from Google Drive at any time. The app never reads, lists, or modifies your other Drive files.
Sign-in tokens on your device. Your Google access and refresh tokens are stored on your own Windows PC, encrypted with the operating system’s keychain (Windows DPAPI). They are never sent to us or to any third party except Google’s own token and API servers, which is how sign-in works.
Subscription and licence status. If you start a trial or a paid plan, our licence server (Cloudflare Workers + D1) stores only: your Google user id and email, the plan name, the Razorpay subscription id, and the subscription status (created, authenticated, active, cancelled, and similar), plus a history of subscription events (charges and status changes, with amounts). It never stores card numbers, bank details, or passwords. Payments and mandates are processed by Razorpay; card and bank details go to Razorpay, never to us.
What we do NOT collect. No advertising trackers, no analytics SDKs, no location data, no data from your other apps or files. There is no EyeTradary account database holding your trading data — your sheet is the database, and it is yours.
This website
This website is a set of static pages. It has no sign-in, no forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics. Browsing it sends us nothing. If you email us for support, we receive only what you write in that email.
Data retention and deletion
- Trading data: kept in your spreadsheet until you delete it.
- Licence records: kept while your trial or plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for receipts and support.
To delete everything: revoke EyeTradary’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, delete the “EyeTradary” spreadsheet from your Drive, and delete the app’s data folder (%APPDATA%\EyeTradary). For licence-record deletion, email the contact above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on eyetradary.in with a new “Last updated” date.
